Job Summary:

As a Graphic Designer at Digital Piloto, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-quality visual content for all digital platforms. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and design teams to develop creative assets that enhance our brand’s presence and drive customer engagement.

Your role will involve working on various design projects, including social media graphics, branding materials, and website visuals. You should have a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of design principles, and the ability to translate creative ideas into visually compelling designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualizing creative ideas with clients.
  • Testing and improving the design of the website.
  • Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
  • Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.
  • Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they align with clients’ branding.
  • Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.
  • Incorporating functionalities and features into websites.
  • Designing sample pages including colours and fonts.
  • Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure.
  • Maintain brand consistency in all video content.
  • Create visually appealing graphics for presentations, websites, and digital campaigns.
  • Work on UI/UX designs for digital platforms as required.
  • Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts based on design briefs.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
  • Creativity and a keen eye for detail in visual storytelling.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with the marketing and content teams.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing diverse and high-quality design work.
  • Good understanding of Search Engine Optimization principles.
  • Excellent visual design skills.
  • Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies.
